Booking Experts Achieves Premier Plus Partner Status with Booking.com

Only a handful of technology partners reach Premier Plus Partner status with Booking.com. Booking Experts is now one of them.

What does Premier Plus Partner status mean?

Premier Plus Partner status cannot be requested or self-nominated.

Booking.com awards it to partners that consistently perform at a high level across technology, reliability, and commercial impact.

Evaluation is based on the depth of API integrations (not just connectivity but full-scale integration into Booking.com’s ecosystem), the stability of connectivity (fast and consistent performance, even under high volume and complex operational demands), and the results they deliver for customers.

This recognition reflects Booking Experts’ continued investment in advanced, real-time integrations within the Booking.com ecosystem, that help customers get:

  • Earlier access to new Booking.com features
  • More reliable connectivity and data synchronization
  • More automation across pricing and distribution
  • Less manual work and fewer errors
  • Better visibility, stronger conversion, and more bookings

In a market where speed and accuracy directly influence revenue, reliable connectivity matters.

A partnership that serves our customers, not the other way around

While this recognition strengthens our relationship with Booking.com, our philosophy remains unchanged: We build around our customers’ long-term success, not around a single channel.

Booking.com is an important source of demand, visibility, and bookings. But it is still only one part of a broader distribution strategy.

Our role is to help customers:

  • Use every channel intentionally

Not just activated, but actively managed as part of a wider strategy, aligned with pricing, occupancy, and business goals.

  • Avoid overdependence on a single platform

So that no single channel becomes a structural risk, and performance remains resilient over time.

  • Maximize opportunities without losing visibility across channels

Meaning customers can benefit from the reach of global platforms while still maintaining autonomy over their direct business and revenue strategy.

Looking ahead

This milestone is an important step but not the end goal.

The distribution landscape continues to evolve quickly. New channels emerge, customer expectations change, and technology becomes more important in managing complexity.

That is why we will continue investing in smarter automation, stronger integrations, and tools that help customers make better decisions with less manual work.

We will also continue strengthening the partnerships that matter most, so customers can benefit from new opportunities without adding complexity to their day-to-day operations.

Our focus remains the same: giving customers the technology, flexibility, and control they need to grow sustainably in a changing market.
