A Smarter Help Centre for You!

Have you checked out our new Help Centre yet? Behind the scenes, our amazing copywriters, Karin Olde Keizer and Teddie Hochrath, have worked their magic to revamp our entire support system. What started as a way to make information easier to find turned into a full-blown upgrade to how we deliver support.

As Karin put it, “If you made a typo in your search term, you wouldn’t get any results. That’s a huge pain when you need an answer fast.”

And she’s right, which is why we set out to make things better.

What’s Changed?

1. Ask a Full Question, Get a Clear Answer

Now, you can type out full questions (just like you would in Google) and get instant, direct answers, no more endless scrolling through articles.
Teddie adds, "You don’t have to dig through long text anymore!"

2. One Central Multilingual Hub

Before, each language had its separate knowledge base, but now everything is in one place. This means quicker updates for us and a smoother experience for you.

3. A Structure That Makes Sense

We’ve reorganised the Help Centre to match the layout of our PMS and CMS. What you see in the system is now reflected in the Help Centre, so it’s easier to navigate.

4. Cleaned-Up, Updated Content

All our content has been given a fresh update! Thanks to the brilliant work of Stefan Kroes (shoutout to him for those smart API scripts), we’ve streamlined the content migration process. That means less time spent updating and more focus on improving quality.


Always Improving with Your Feedback

This isn’t a one-off project; it’s an ongoing effort. Karin and Teddie are constantly getting feedback from our Customer Success and Product teams. This helps us:

  • Keep articles up-to-date.
  • Document new features ASAP.
  • Get your answers faster.

Next up, we’re adding French content to fill in the gaps from the old knowledge base.


Pro Tip!

In the old system, searching by keywords was the way to go. In the new Help Centre, though, we recommend typing in a full question to get the exact answer you’re looking for, no more reading through long articles!
