Before joining the team here, he spent 15 years at Hoseasons, moving from Account Management right up to Business Development Director.
That matters because Craig isn't just tech support. He knows exactly what a busy rental season looks like from the inside.
"I’ve been around UK holiday parks most of my life," Craig says.
"That background in rentals is what helps me understand what a park actually needs to get ahead. It’s not just about the software; it’s about solving the real-world problems that park owners face every day."
